BUYKARLO AI LISTING & CONTENT POLICY

1. PURPOSE

BuyKarlo may provide artificial intelligence (“AI”) powered tools to assist users in creating, improving, organizing, or managing content on the Platform.

This Policy explains the role of AI-generated content on BuyKarlo and establishes the responsibilities of users who choose to utilize AI-assisted features.

This Policy should be read together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Seller Guidelines, and other applicable Platform policies.

2. AI FEATURES ON BUYKARLO

BuyKarlo may offer AI-assisted tools that help users generate or improve:

• Product titles;
• Product descriptions;
• Product specifications;
• Listing summaries;
• Product categorization;
• Search optimization suggestions;
• Listing quality recommendations;
• Other content-related features.

Such tools are provided solely to assist users and improve the listing experience.

3. AI OUTPUTS ARE GENERATED AUTOMATICALLY

AI-generated outputs are produced through automated systems and may contain:

• Inaccuracies;
• Omissions;
• Incorrect assumptions;
• Outdated information;
• Misleading descriptions;
• Technical errors.

Users acknowledge that AI-generated content is not reviewed or verified by BuyKarlo before being presented to the user.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users remain solely responsible for all content published through their accounts, regardless of whether such content was created:

• Manually;
• With AI assistance;
• Through third-party tools; or
• Through a combination of methods.

Before publishing any AI-generated content, users should independently verify:

• Accuracy;
• Product specifications;
• Product condition;
• Pricing;
• Warranty information;
• Ownership claims;
• Compatibility claims;
• Any factual statements.

Publishing AI-generated content does not transfer responsibility to BuyKarlo.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY

BuyKarlo does not warrant, represent, certify, or guarantee that AI-generated content is:

• Accurate;
• Complete;
• Reliable;
• Suitable for a particular purpose;
• Legally compliant;
• Free from errors.

Users should not rely exclusively upon AI-generated outputs when making purchasing, selling, or business decisions.

6. PROHIBITED USE OF AI FEATURES

Users may not use AI-generated content to:

• Mislead buyers;
• Conceal product defects;
• Falsify ownership;
• Create deceptive listings;
• Misrepresent product authenticity;
• Circumvent Platform policies;
• Promote prohibited products;
• Violate intellectual property rights;
• Engage in fraudulent conduct.

The use of AI does not excuse violations of Platform policies.

7. PRODUCT CONDITION DISCLOSURES

Where a product is used, refurbished, damaged, modified, repaired, or otherwise differs from its original condition, sellers must ensure that such information is accurately disclosed.

AI-generated content should never be used to conceal material information that may affect a buyer’s decision.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CONSIDERATIONS

Users remain responsible for ensuring that AI-assisted content does not:

• Infringe copyrights;
• Infringe trademarks;
• Misappropriate proprietary content;
• Violate third-party rights.

BuyKarlo may remove content that appears to violate intellectual property laws or Platform policies.

9. PLATFORM MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

BuyKarlo reserves the right to review AI-assisted content where:

• User complaints are received;
• Policy violations are suspected;
• Safety concerns arise;
• Legal obligations require review.

Where appropriate, BuyKarlo may:

• Remove content;
• Restrict listings;
• Suspend accounts;
• Permanently terminate accounts.

10. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

AI-generated content provided through the Platform does not constitute:

• Legal advice;
• Financial advice;
• Technical advice;
• Professional advice of any kind.

Users should obtain independent advice where appropriate.

11. PLATFORM IMPROVEMENT

BuyKarlo may use anonymized and aggregated information relating to AI feature usage for:

• Improving AI functionality;
• Enhancing user experience;
• Improving listing quality;
• Platform analytics;
• Product development.

Such use shall be subject to applicable privacy commitments.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyKarlo shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, dispute, claim, liability, or expense arising from:

• Reliance on AI-generated content;
• Errors in AI-generated content;
• Omissions in AI-generated content;
• User decisions based upon AI-generated content.

Users acknowledge that AI-generated outputs are assistive in nature and should be independently reviewed before use.

13. POLICY CHANGES

BuyKarlo reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time in response to technological developments, legal requirements, business needs, or operational considerations.

Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the Platform.
